Combining breath and movement, this 45 minute class incorporates traditional asana and yoga philosophy to leave you feeling energised and refreshed.

Similar to the dynamic flow, the vinyasa class is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where we fluidly move from one pose to the next, while connecting our breathing to the movements. The slow flow is a gentle vinyasa with deep stretches, ending with yoga nidra. These are in person classes and not streamed online. Booking is essential.

An intermediate ability yoga flow based on the elements. Expect to challenge and improve your strength, feel some fire in your centre and move with your breath.

A dynamic vinyasa followed by a restorative finished. The studio is heated to a comfortably warm experience! All levels welcome.
